Coleman Electronics provides a full range of service and maintenance options to cover all Gate & Barrier systems equipment either fitted new by Coleman Electronics Ltd or from a takeover of an alternative supplier.

The highest priority of health & safety compliance should be afforded to all buildings where a gate & barrier system has been installed and are in operation. At Coleman Electronics, we maintain electronic records of all services to include safety features, list of faults [where applicable] and service engineer notes of any improvements & recommendations that have been made.

  • Force test carried out in full and force test report detailed

  • Maintenance Calls – Quarterly
  • Maintenance Calls – Twice Yearly

In the event that you may require out of hours emergency support, you will be connected directly to one of our highly trained engineers to ensure fast effective handling of your call. If your issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we can arrange for immediate dispatch of an engineer.
