2. INERGEN Systems

The INERGEN Fire Suppression System protects enclosed areas where people may be present, fire may strike day or night, and damage from conventional agents cannot be tolerated. Upon discharge, INERGEN agent fills the room, mixing with the air to suppress fires quickly and effectively. Safe for people, INERGEN agent is non-synthetic and made of naturally occurring gases nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide. Once discharged, it returns to the atmosphere in its natural state.

INERGEN agent is free of residues and corrosive by-products that may produce further property damage. And because it poses no ozone depleting or global warming threat the INERGEN agent will never be subject to future legislative bans.

INERGEN Fire Suppression System are usually found in computer rooms which are directly linked to the Fire Alarm System within the building.

3. Room Integrity Testing

This system is ideal when you need to test the gas hold time for Gas Fire Suppression Systems typically in computer rooms.

EN15004 the European Standard for fixed fire suppression systems requires that the extinguishing agent be held within the protected enclosure for 10 minutes.

Room integrity testing should be carried out every year on your protected enclosures to ensure your fire suppression system will operate as designed. Always ensure your Fire Suppression System is tested by trained and certified engineers.
